    Great News!!!!

Hi everyone. Sunny was a very good boy today. He was very scared in the car and at the vets too. The vet gave him his annual exam and said that he is a very healthy cat. Both the vet and vet tech told me that Sunny's coat is beautiful and that he's a very handsome boy. I told them that I agree and that Sunny also knows this because when he's bad he gets away with everything. My vet said that he'd probably get the results tomorrow but since he doesn't work on Thursdays that he'd call me at work on Friday.

When I got home tonight, I had a message on my answering machine. It was my vet telling me that he had received Sunny's blood test results and that everything is normal. I'm so glad and relieved at the same time. Thanks for all of your prayers and positive thoughts. This year has started out badly for me so I'm so glad that things are turning around for the better.

I am so glad that the blood tests are normal. But, I personally, would need to know how there could have been those abnormal readings last time? See, I would not help to think that if those other "bad" readings were false, then maybe these "good" readings are false. (I do not wish to cause alarm, just a simple suggestion to ask a few more questions)

I'm so glad Sunny is ok. I knew he would be. He's a good boy and wouldn't make his mommy worry about him.

You'd have to ask the vet to be sure, but I think his readings last time were just because of stress. The temporary stress of being at the vet and the overall stress of losing Pepper and gaining Cirrus. Again, just my opinion, but I'm so glad he's okay.

Originally the blood work was done in their lab and the vet has told me before that sometimes the results can be innacurate. I also feel that Sunny was much more stressed out that day too. This last time I also sprayed some feliway in his carrier to help calm him down. It helped a little because he wasn't meowing as much in the car as he usually does.

Yeah.....glad to hear Sunny is OK. Prayers do get answered
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
