Yes, I bought the two cat trees from ebay. The pinkish looking one came from Petco. Yes, that is a closed litterbox. It really helps to keep the mess inside.

Cirrus is such a gorgeous cat! I just hope that the lost cats dont see that setup , as they will want one just like it! They would be so jealous! Cirrus , please dont let them know!

What a cutie Cirrus is! I just love those "boomerang" eyes! That's what we called Socks eyes when he would shut them, and the light tan around the eyes form the shape of a boomerang when they are shut....so cute!!
I'm so glad that he's settling down into his new home!

Oh Cirrus you are so handsome!! So glad to see him fitting in. I have one of those litterboxes as well and Max is the only one who uses it. Gives lots of headroom and space for building sandcastles

We saw a very similar 'cat climbing/house frame' last week and I asked Don if we could afford one - wish you could have seen his face!! He did reckon if we put it in our living room the cats could take over and we could live in the garage!!!!

I've been enjoying Cirrus picture on your signature and now these pics are great. I can only repeat what everyone has already said...this is one particulary handsome cat. Also it doesn't look like any of your kids will ever be denied when it comes to their creature comforts. Cirrus, I think you landed in a good spot and seems like you already know it.

Thanks for all of the nice comments. I also think that Cirrus is a beauty and that he really seems to love his new home too.

Here are a few updates on him. I adopted him on March 10th and he let me pet his head and brush him on Thursday March 20th. Last night, March 24th, he climbed up on my bed while I was sleeping and he settled down next to me for a few minutes. I could feel a vibration so I think he was purring too. This evening he greeted me when I got home from work and he really seemed very happy to see me. He also let me pet his head and rub his back. He really enjoyed this. I'm so glad that he's starting to trust me more each day.

Storm and Cirrus seem very comfortable together but when I'm home Sunny seems to be afraid of him. My roommate told me that when I'm at work that Sunny is just fine with Cirrus and that all 3 cats have a great time playing together. Sunny is just trying to play the baby routine around me so he'll get more attention. Well now that I've caught on to his fake shyness/scared act, I'm not catering to him like I was before. I think he's beginning to realise that it's not going to work any more. The things that cats will try to do to their humans.

That is so funny that he would do that! I guess he was worried he wouldn't be your baby anymore. I'm so glad things are working out with Cirrus, he is a beauty.
