Surgery for Noel

I was so touched by Noel's story. I'm certainly keeping her in my thoughts as she undergoes surgery - she is one very special dog.

Thoughts and prayers go to Noel and you oodles. I think we'll all be worried about her until we hear the good word from you. Please, I know you'll be busy, but please let us know asap.

Well its now the week end and I am starting to get nervous Noel is here with me now. We will spend the week end together. We were to go the the air show for the boy scouts but the group that i was going to be with canceled. So we are just hanging out. I think I will take her to the park and to petsmart to get a new toy. Not that she doesnt have any! I am taking a camera along so will get new pics of all my babies. Even K.C. and Harley my boarding dogs that stay with me as much as with their dad.

I will kep Noel in my thoughts and prayers! I remember when Sadie got spayed, I was so scared! I'm sure everything will go great!

Well today is Sunday and tomorrow is the big day but after this morning I know her surgery will be a breeze. I got up, Put Noel in her pin, and walked to the barn, fed the horses, checked the water tub. and walked back to the house all of maybe 3 minutes. Noel no where to be found, My heart sunk, I couldnt breathe all I could think of was how was I going to find her on 325 acres. so I ran down the side of the house thinking maybe she went to the fence where riley and pearlie were no Noel so I went back to the barn calling her name over and over. I stopped and went to turn around Noel ran into me and I fell over her, My ankle is now swollen and three shades of blue purple and black. Not only did I age 40yrs I grabbed her up and she was licking and wagging her tail. I guess she was following my scent and wanted to go to the barn with me. So after this surgery should be a breeze will let every one know tomorrow at lunch when I come Home.

Oh, Noel!! You just wanted to be with your Mommy Get some ice on that ankle, oodles! And we're all with you in with spirit tonight. Your precious Noel has touched us all to deeply.
