Feline Maintenance Light is what T & P were fed almost their entire lives until they started getting the Senior formula a few years ago. Peanut didn't need it, but Tubby did (as you can tell by his name), and Peanut seemed to like it so I never bothered with separate food for her.

It should help Patches lose weight, and will probably keep the others from gaining too much also.

the pet scale got here today, Patches weighs 18 pounds

well I just a got a dirty look from Patches...didn't know til now that cats COULD give dirty looks! they all just woke up their their "nap", Louise is always the first one to wake up and meow, that wakes up the rest. so I decided to feed them all together on the coffee table(big coffee table lol), it seems that way that Louise is more relaxed...don't ask me why, I think it makes her nervous when I am standing there when they eat, back from the days when I would use that as a chance to catch her
today she was fine. so I gave them all the canned, light food, just a teaspoonful, and the girls all ate it, Charlie didn't, he looked confused like, ok where is the real food? so did Patches then he gave me that scornful look and walked away!!
well it is better for him, he's outing now but it is better for him and better for me, I don't go thru as much canned food! for a while they were really going thru it, its cheap till you try to keep the 2 boys fed, the piggies!
