“You live and you learn, but if you never learn, at least you are still living.”
— Unknown
Congratulations, kokopup! You'll host the next puzzle?
Although dismal this is one of my favorite quotes. Shelley's Ozmandias is often quoted out of context which gives Ozymandias's quote a different meaning.
A character in a book quoted the line and it didn't fit with the finale of the book so I bought a book of Shelley's poems so I could figure out what he meant. ( Since language and Literature aren't my thing, this is a step up for me.)
"This way, too, you shall pass."
Next one will be more positive.
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.
Percy Bysshe Shelley, from Ozymandias
