Thread: Puzzle 206

Ok I am confused. Is it 5 guesses total per person or five for everyone....it isn't clear in the rules. And that was an added rule since when?

Anywho.... does my guess count, because I really want an R. If it doesn't count I will use it after you update.

    9. Only 5 guesses allowed in total until the host updates the puzzle. Any guess after 5, before the next update, won't be counted as a guess. And as always, someone else has to guess a letter before you can guess another letter.

It's five guesses - period It's way too hard to try and update a whole bunch of letters at once.. As for whether it counts... It is kinda up to Nicole if she wants to do it all at once.. technically it doesn't but sometimes the moderator will let it go with a warning.

Yes well I think the rule needs to be more clear. It should say 5 guess per person or five guesses for the puzzle.

That rule never used to be there.....

I know the basic rules already. I have done and hosted lots of puzzles, just has been a while. But now I come back and there is another rule!

I am just going to plead whichever amendment allows ignorance I've updated them all so we're ready to rock and roll again.

I think the rule is pretty clear myself, but ever since I have played it's been there.

She's calling herself ignorant.. as in unaware.. saying that she doesn't know and doesn't want to cause a conflict!!

at least that's how I read it.. I hope I'm not putting words in your mouth Nicole!!

No, not at all. I'm pleading ignorance for myself; I don't know what the earlier rules were, so I thought I'd just put the letters in and we could have some more guesses.

    Hopefully all clear
