I think I'M the lucky one here. I couldn't have asked for a better transition. I actually left them alone and roaming free (no gates or doors). Spike was actually in the bathroom window getting some fresh air and I didn't have the heart to move him. I came back and they were all looking at me like, "Oh, she's back. LET'S EAT!!!" No blood or fur flew.
WOOHOO!!! The Spiker Dude is offically a member of the Ploss Cat House. Pass the eggnog!!!
