So, my job hunt is finally over for a while. I landed on a great part time job, three days a week, 7 hours workday, 20-25 hours a week, depending on workload and I am the marketing coordinator/graphic artist for a real estate title firm in the Cleveland area. It's only a 15 mins drive from where I live, and that's very good. No rush hours, 10 minutes to the interstate, then 5 minutes to get to the workplace. I do a lot of postcard/booklet printings, logo design/creative design for marketing purposes, etc. whatever the agents need us to do for their real estate companies, such as Howard Hanna, Re/Max, etc.
I found out through a family friend, and he referred me to the President/Vice President that I would be a great addition to their staff, and after two hours of interview with the Vice President at Caribou's, I got the job. He LOVED my personality and knew I had what it takes to do the job. I am pretty happy. I feel like I have a purpose now and I can finally start saving money, etc., possibly actually go on VACATION this summer, a real one rather. It seems like it happened at the right timing. Everyone is happy for me, because it took me a year and half to find something "solid" for a while.Thought I'd share the great news!
