Have you looked at the GSD on: http://www.heidelberg-usa.com ? Anyway, they are beautiful. A friend of mine recently got a pup from this guy in Texas. I am very impressed with what I see.

The Heidelberg Shepherds are magnificent!! I especially love the larger GSD. Both my Wolf (@Rainbow Bridge for 16 yrs. now) and Killian were/is large-boned. In fact, Killian has a huge head and weighs 110 lbs. The Heidelberg Shepherds just take your breath away. Thanks for the info.

My favorite breed is just about any dog! Love my purebreds and my mutts. Saw an ad in the paper the other day for purebred mix (?!) puppies. Am still scratching my head over that one.

Me too, I love all dogs! Hoping to go to the Kennel Club Show this weekend.. and I always seek out the Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Bermese Mtn Dogs, Salukis and Vizsulas. Of course everyone knows I love GRs the best but I am so fascinated by breeds I don't always see on a regular basis. I just ooh and ahh my way thru the show! Esp when you can pet them and talk to handlers and groomers. I'll be in K9 heaven!

I like all sorts of dogs, but my ALL-TIME FAVORITE dogs are a German Origin Rottweiler and (German bloodlines) German Shepherd.

I also vote for all dogs. My 3 favorite pure breeds (although I think Heinz57s are great too) are Austrailian Shepards, Great Danes, and Weimeraners.
