    Yes Richard, I had a cake but I made it myself, a no fat oatmeal chocolate cake... my favorite! It's a good moist cake and chocolate...YUMMY!

    No need to trade in my life jacket, I have a adjustable one and just tighten up the straps on it as I need to and let out in the winter to go over my big ole coat.
