    LOL!!! Yes, my kitties do it and Casey my Lab sniffs their behinds too. Loved the pics...gave me a laugh this a.m. which I desperately needed.

    Wonder why they do that? Is it to make sure one didn't get something to eat that the other didn't? Maybe to see if they cleaned themselves? What?

    (Thanks God WE don't do that! )

    For some reason Our Pets can identify each other better by the anal glands, probably as they contain the strongest scent!
    My Found Cats are always doing that to Tubster Panther much to his annoyance.
    I guess its due to the fact that thier eyes are weak, but thier sense of smell unparralled!!!
