lovemymaltese, I got the devil "hat" at wal-mart. They have a bunch of different once such as pumpkin, firefighter, police, etc. They are about $2.69 each I think. The "cape" is just a piece of silky fabric. You can get real pet costumes at Petsmart or Petco for about $9.99-$12.99 each. I know that they make small too, so there should be one that would fit Tango.
