    7th Dec, one whole year! *furkids pics added*

    And I love it. Notwithstanding it is December, the sun is shining, the sky is blue, kind of like all is celebrating along with me.

    It is not perfect of course, it is still a very small place with hardly any garden but none of that seems to matter any more. I have lovely neighbours, my son lives just down the road, there is a park close by I can walk Bob and my health is holding steady with more good days than bad. I thank God every moment for bringing us here.
    We are happy, Bob, Ebby and I.

    Chris, it is great place! Although it's a bit small, you have other advantages... it's cosy and light, and you have your son and a park nearby, and even nice neighbors! And most of all Ebby and Bob. Congratulations!

    phesina, I lived in the same county but in wholly different part. A large council estate close to the town of Wrexham. I now live around 8 or 9 miles away from the town in a place called Ponciau, a village which in its turn is part of Rhosllannerchrugog, the largest village in Wales. It is part way up the mountain (or of the hills - think of, if you've seen it, The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain but set in the present day.) and there are some beautiful views which give me a wonderful feeling of space.

    Chris, I had to look it up and found this: http://www.welshicons.org.uk/html/ponciau.php

    I'm sure i told you that John's nephew lives in Wales also, and his sister and parents visit now and again - I haven't been there though. He and his wife are teaching in Cardiff University and live in Dina's Poweys. Have you been there? I hear it's beautiful in Wales.

    *OfB*.K%Sµ Just turned my tongue into a knot trying to pronounce that name !
    We visited Wales many years ago. It really is a very beautiful region, Randi!! we saw several unpronouncable names, and we had lots of fun trying it . We spent 1 evening in a small B & B house. That evening we sat in front of the fireplace, telling and listening to good stories;
    There was an old friendly couple, and they were great storytellers! I don't remember the name of teh village though, it was a word with lots of "L"'s

    I envy you Chris for leaving in such a beautiful place!!!
    Do you have a pic of your house?
    I miss you enormously Sydney, Maya, Inka & Zazou Be happy there at the Rainbow Bridge

    Chris, I am so glad to hear that you are happy at this one year anniversary.

    I remember you posting when you moved and you were just a bit worried about the place being too small.

    You deserve it!
