If he is too fat to be lethally injected, then just shoot him, hang him, decapitate him or electrocute him! Problem solved!! After murdering two young women, he gets no sympathy from me! yeah unbelieveable that after the crime he committed he can honestly claim that it will hurt him too much. PUHLEASE.... obviously he didn't think about how much his actions hurt those little girls OR their family.

If this goes through I have officially lost all faith in justice and hope that no parent that chooses vigilante justice is punished because the justice system obviously doesn't work.

How exactly did he put on so much weight and become obese in prison? perhaps they should force him out of his cell to work out so that won't be an issue.

GO BACK TO PRISON FARMS. He wouldn't be too overweight then.

ETA: awwww... his migraine meds might interfere. Well... I guess it's time to stop giving him the meds and let him suffer his migraines.

sorry but you take the rights of another human being away (their LIFE) you don't deserve to have your rights intact IMO. You take a life from someone else you should forfeit your rights as you are NOT a human being.

I agree he should be put to death.. Who cares if the first drugs effectiveness is lessened and he will feel more of the pain.. It should be excruitiating for him.. He raped and murdered 2 women and didn't care about the pain he put them through... Make him feel some pain.. If they can't use this method, electrocute him, or hang his fat @$$.. If he hangs, his weight won't be a problem.. It will be over with quicker.
I hope his claim is rejected.

What I have to say as others did is how did he get so fat in prison? Do they get to eat as much as they want? And he doesn't do anything so he just gains weight? Something is wrong with this scenario. He rapes and kills two girls - he goes to prison where he eats all the time and obviously doesn't do anything to taxing to wear off the calories. And then we worry about the pain he might be under if the medicine doesn't work right with his other meds? So easy to fix - put him on a diet, an exercise program, give him some real work to do, stop the meds for his headaches long enough before the execution so they will no longer be a problem. (what difference if he has a few headaches before he dies).

Again, HE might feel pain? Not only did those girls feel a lot of physical pain as he raped and killed them but the unending pain he has brought to their families who not only have to live without these girls but the thoughts of how they died has to be terrible.

He certainly did not act humanely - why should he expect humane treatment!

I can never understand anyone being overweight in prison. Unless he's taking food from fellow inmates or working in the kitchen, it seems kinda hard to do.

I have to say that his claim is ridiculous and I can't believe he received any kind of recognition for saying this. If he can live in the USA(jail or not), do everything else like normal thin people, and, commit a crime like he did, he deserves to be put to death, just like anyone else. What is he thinking??

Take him off his migraine meds and up the dosage to equal his weight. I really think this whole thing was done to gain attention. It seems so stupid.
