Let's play in the covers...again!

I was trying to make the bed this morning. Tubby was curious when I lifted the comforter up, and he crawled under, between the comforter and the sheet. He was looking out at me with a twinkle in his eye like he was looking for trouble, and wouldn't come out so I could finish. I played with him a bit, but he still wouldn't come out. Needless to say I was now running late for work and had to finish, so he went "undercover."




He stayed there too, until Peanut jumped up on the bed in search of her mousie (red, laying on comforter). Tubby must have been flipping his tail undercover and she pounced on it! Then he must have moved because she pounced on him! He then exited the covers and playtime was over. Peanut looked over the edge of the bed as if to say "where you going?" But Tubby just shook his head to get his fur back in place and left the room. And I thought he was the one looking for trouble.

Anyway, they really don't play much anymore so it was fun to see them with that "look" in their eyes.

PS - I know the comforter doesn't match the curtains. We changed the comforter and haven't gotten to the curtains yet. Someday.....

SAS, those pictures are very reminescent of my brood, whenever I get into some project around here. Even if it is somthing that they cannot participate in, they still get busy on the ladder or what ever I am using.

Great pics everyone. I'm glad I decided to check this section of Pet Talk out. I sometimes have to close my bedroom door while I'm making the bed because my cats like to jump up on the bed and play with the sheets. Pepper seems to be the one who enjoys this the most. I don't have any pics though.

That reminded me a story with Vasea. We have an extensible coach. Once we were getting ready to sleep and already with the sheet on the bed, Vasea jumped like a sqirrel on it and like he had something important to do, he started pushing with his right front paw, very quickly, the sheet between two folds of the coach. Only when he did it from one side to the other and it looked very neat, he stopped. We couldn't stop loughing

LOL LOL Tubby and Peanut had a bit of that 'childhood' mischief. Kitties are so silly when they stay 'undercover'. I love it!! Scooter will burrow under our covers at night before I get into bed to read. It's usually Scooter's 'cuddle time', so he knows when we start brushing our teeth that it's bed time. He has been jumping up on the bed and burrowing under the covers and waits for us there. I usually read a bit out loud from some article in Cat Fancy or a fun book like Harry Potter before Scooter has to go to his cage for the night. Then I switch to whatever book I'm reading. LOL

my cats dont do that antmore because my dog sat on them and thn chased them out!

still they are spoiled rotten, thy drink my water milk and eat anything ill let them get their paws on

one likes to hid under thecovers so you real can't see him and then when you go to lay down hecan attac ten we have a nice wresleing match (he ussaly wins )
