Thank you everybody for you kind thoughts. I am really going to miss that sweet little baby. He was mischievous, he even bit me one time, and sent me to the hospital. I still have the scar on my thumb. I sure did love that sweet little boy. One thing I understood was that my sweet little Mario was a wild animal, but of course that didn't stop me from loving him that much more. I know that he will be miss here too.

Oooooh no, I feel so sorry for your loss!! Mario was a much loved member of PT. The shock of finding him on the bottom of his cage, dead, must have been huge..... I'm sending you my sincere condolenses and a warm hug. RIP sweet Mario!!

I would sometimes pop in and lurk on Thursdays. I always had a laugh reading about Mario, even though I never even realized what kind of pet he was.
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. And to not know why he had to go makes it much more difficult.
RIP Mario, you will be missed by many.

Oh my dear Willie, when I saw this the other day, I couldn't reply right away as I was crying right along side of you. I couldn't believe it when I read on the loss of your beloved Mario. Even though I never posted in "Thursdays" I would always peek in to see what he was up to and had many laughs over his antics. I truely loved seeing his pictures. He was a unique pet to have and was very well loved by all.
I am so, so sorry. His spirit will live within you, forever in your heart.

Rest in Peace sweet Mario and have fun up there on the RB.

nonononono........ Slick called me to tell me. I just feel a very HUGE part of me has gone as well. After reading about Mario and his departed wife so many years ago I think I was the one that made that fateful decision to invite him to Thursdays. What a wise idea that was. So much joy we shared ~ dear, dear Mario. Willie, feel the love for you from all over the world right now. And no, the pain wont "pass" it will just become easier to bear. We love you Willie.
