My friend's bichon, Buddy, was struck and killed by a car today, in Houston.

She was walking him, and Buddy somehow got out of his collar and got ran out into the street, right in front of a car. She saw it all. Needless to say, she is devastated.

I forgot to ask how old he was. She could sure use some prayers to help get through this.
