What a little doll! Pheobe is adorable, where did she learn how to be a heart thief? The pictures of her in the grass are wonderful. I was completely taken with the wonder in those gorgeous eyes of hers. Glad to know that she and Chloe get along so well. They're bound to be great playmates.
