Here it is very very hot - I have AC at my flat, I had to switch it on this afternoon!! We are ALL trying to get some coolness from:
floor tiles
gazpacho
ice-cream
etc.

Uhhh, I'm not sure. Is that the tasty bread with tomato and garlic?? I LOVE it!! I had the best of those ever in "Piratas" Castelldefels! Also, do you know the round cakes rolled in pinenuts? Are they a speciality in Catalunia? Or can you get them all over spain? I think they're only for Easter?

Randi,do you mean the round rolls with the parsipan inside? We have that in Easter,also in 6 Jenuary the day of the Magid Kings when the kids have their christmas presents.What Ihave that every sunday when we go to have launch at my parents, with marsipan inside and glazed fruits outside , it sounds tasting ,doesn't it?

This thread is getting quite tasty!! I´ll give my gazpacho recipe - try it at home, it´s great, cooling and healthy - I love it, I couldn´t survive without it here in the summer (I take a glass every day!! )I´ll post here a bit later - to let you all play in the meantime!!
