    Over. But, I finally realized how ridiculous I was being when I would switch it if it was under...so now I leave it alone, even though it bugs me. Maybe it might bug the other person if I flip it...and it's more work to take it off and flip it than to just use it the way it is. hahaha, way too much thought goes into toilet paper.

    I'm pretty much happy when we have toilet paper, and I'm thrilled when someone else actually takes the 14 seconds required to put a new roll in the holder instead of setting the new roll on top of the empty one. Which way it comes off the roll is of no consequence to me at all.

    I like my toilet papper available! LOL I don't care how it ends up.

    My dad is always screaming at me for using up all the toilet papper ....

    I voted other. I really do like it over the top, however, since Lacey came into the house, it is on top alright, on top of the medicine cabinet. Just remember to grab it 'before' you sit down.
