Their website shows places for them to congregate & watch children?
That could be actionable couldn't it? Take pictures of the freaks who show
up in parks, etc just to stare & dream about children.

The police are watching and they are monitoring that you can be sure. What they are not doing is letting the creeps know their every move, or the general public. When they are ready they will make arrests, they want to make sure the case sticks in court. Anyway who thinks the police don't care is ,very wrong. As the daughter of a former police officer and the friend of others I can assure you they care. One of my best friends and her husband are both police officers, they are great parents and heros. Who else risks their lives on a daily basis for strangers innocent or guilty alike. In the middle of the night when you hear a sound outside or a window breaking you call 911 and ask a stranger to protect you and to risk their life for you. To say they don't care is really making my blood boil. I remember seven years ago when my friend came over with tears in her eyes, she was the first one on the screen of a horrible car accident where two children died. When she got there they were both dead. Her pain was heartbreaking to see. Just because they don't inform you of their every move does not mean they are not working behind the screens. I think the police officers deserve more respect for PT

I don't think anyone at any point in this thread said the police don't care.

The inaction of the police has legal precedence.
