It's great to see Anvik doing so well and 'bouncing' around!

He always has been a house dog more or less. He's always had to sleep inside, in his crate. He does his death scream at night if he's outside--only noise complaint I've ever had from a neighbor was the first night Anvik lived here!

None of the dogs except Sleet are in the house when no one is home. Sleet is old and failing. She is no threat to the cats and doesn't cause any trouble when unsupervised. Everyone else spends the day outside until I get home from work. Anvik has been spending his days in his crate. He's not good with the cats so he can't be out of his crate and unsupervised. I keep him leashed to me sometimes or he hangs out in the cat free computer room with me. Eventually, he'll need to start spending more time outside. Given our weather forecast right now and his lack of fur, he'll be crated during the day until at least mid-April.

Oh ok. I had the idea that Anvik did not get to spend his nights inside
the house normally, but since his injury, he did stay inside nights. He looks
like he would make a great couch potato.

Anvik, buddy, glad to see your outside and bouncing around again. You really do need to quit shreadding your coats though sweetie, while it might be fun, you really need to WEAR them for now. I've had frostbite, it's not fun. Now be a good boy, eat your snacks, and wear your coat.
