UPDATE:

Tyler slept through the night and hasn't vomited since last night so I think he is out of the woods. My husband ended up at the doctor's office this morning hooked up to IV fluids They released him to my care but I had to promise that I would push fluids and get at least 2 liters in him within the next couple of hours.
I'm feeling alright, I'm a little queesy but I think it's just from the smell that's hanging in the air. I have been washing my hands very regularly Thank you all for thinking of us!!

My heart goes out to you - little ones can be so sick - and then whammo - they are back - up and at 'em - and you are exhausted.
