Thank you all so very much. Today we sat around the table before our feast and everyone had to say what they were thankful for. Of course, I mentioned the love and support we received and the fact that we got our little girl back. I wanted to say more but I had to catch myself before crying.

She certainly is a treasure.
The little brat jumped in the pool today! It's so chilly outside and the water is so cold it burns. CRAZY dog! She also picked about 5 lemons while my cousin was picking lemons to bring home.

I, too, recognized Kiara as soon as I saw the picture of her and the tennis ball. What a good story to post on Thanksgiving Day! We are all so thankful that Kiara found a good home with Kay and her family and that they searched and searched when she was lost!

Kiara, what a story you have! I was on the verge of tears reading about your mis-adventure, but was so happy to hear how it ended--with you safe at home with your loving family! You must have known from the very beginning that this was the family that would never give up on you and that is the reason you chose them to take you from the shelter. What a lucky girl you are. You have much to be thankful for on this Thanksgiving Day and you remind us all that we are blessed to have our pets with us everyday. Congratulations on being Dog of the Day!
