Sad news. Pack of Two author has died

Whew! What a shock. I've heard wonderful things about "A Pack of Two". I'm sorry to hear that Ms. Knapp suffered so and died so young.

I AM SO TOTALLY HEARTBROKEN! I WAS SCANNING DOWN DOG GENERAL TO SEE WHAT I MISSED (PLENTY) AND WHEN I SAW THIS TOPIC MY HEART JUST SANK TO MY KNEES AND MY EYES FILLED WITH TEARS! IF IT HADN'T BEEN FOR DEAR LOGAN, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE NEVER HEARD OF OR READ THE BOOK AND I LOCKED MYSELF IN THE BATHROOM, SOAKED IN THE TUB UNTIL I BECAME A PRUNE AND FINISHED IT IN LESS THAN 2 DAYS!!! I REMEMBER MY FIRST REACTION WAS "OH MY GAWD! SHE WROTE THIS BOOK FOR ME!!!" IT WAS JUST SO FUNNY AND TRUE AND ENDEARING AND JUST FULL OF LOVE AND DEVOTION ON BOTH ENDS IT WAS SO OBVIOUS THAT LUCILLE HELPED HER OVERCOME SUCH SADNESS IN HER LIFE. i'LL SAY A SPECIAL PRAYER FOR HER FOR SURE!!
