Prayers for Thumper! I wish I had known this ahead of time, and in the offchance anyone here has her phone number, pm me! She could at least stop in, and 'freshen up' at my house. I am really just down the street, IF she is at Red Bank -CARE clinic.

We are back after a very long day.
It is a tumor that cannot be operated on safely or with total success.
God Bless the vet specialist for her honesty. We could of done allot of things but would the outcome be quality of life??? Probably not.

I'm a mess, thank god for my doctors office getting me in for an apointment on the way home today. Bless Thumpers heart she slept in the carrier the whole time we were at dr's appt and going to get my rx's.

God is the only one who knows how long she has with us.

Awww....I was hoping it could lasered or radiated a bit....I am so sorry.

Is she in good spirits still, and eating and stuff?

I hope you have a good long time with her!

Hopefully there will be some stuff that can keep her FEELING ok - anything from herbal stuff to even steroids.

I am so glad she had a really great place to be checked out. And you too.

    Cathy1,
She is still in good spirts, eating, pooping and peeing
We are optimistic that her quality of life will continue on a good path for as long as God wants her with us.
The specialist did not mention anything we needed to keep her feeling ok. Love from us will do that

Whew, mixed up feelings here! I am so sorry there is nothing to be done; pleased that the specialist "told it like it is," and thrilled that she is feeling and acting well! Best wishes for a long time to build more special memories with Thumper!

Becky, I'm so sorry to hear this news. Like you said, it is in God's hands now, and since she is still feeling well and eating good, then she is still enjoying a good quality of life with her family!

    Hugs,
    Kim
