    3 Week Old's Update.....new Pix

See this thread for beginning of story.http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?t=114224

Well first the update, then the pix.

Good news is, that it appears all the kitties can go potty by themselves now, bad news is I can hardly keep up with the laundry from them soiling their bedding. lol Good thing I have lots of towels and blankies! I'm also very exahusted, need to learn to nap in between evening feedings. lol All the kitties got their first nail trims today, those tiny claws were very very sharp!

Josh- He has been lonely in a cage by himself, however seems to be doing ok. He did have a very stressful day today though....He had his very first BATH! Sometime after morning feeding and when I took him to work he had a BM all over himself!!! Poor dear, as if he wasn't messy enough already, now he not only looked absolutely yucky, but smelled even worse! And I def. did not have the time to bathe him at work. Poor, poor baby. I checked with boss to see if he thought Josh was strong enough to handle a bath, and when I got the okay, as soon as I got home, I introduced Josh to bathwater! lol I did use some suds on his butt and tail area which were the worst, but didn't bother to get him all white again, just enough to make him kissable again. Of course at the next feeding time his face is all messy again, but not as bad as it had been. He grunts and thrashes and whines when I try to wipe his face with anything damp. He's worse than his sisters!! lol Today after my early evening feeding Josh wasn't lethargic like usual (although he'd had a 2 hr nap after his bath), so I put him on the floor so I could change his bedding, and ZOOM he went wadling off across the floor at top kitten speed!! Gosh, didn't realize that little kitty could move that fast, he never has before! So after all the fosters were fed, I put them all down for some well earned play time. I tried to get alot of pix so I might get a few good ones in the bunch. Only one turned out what I consider fairly good (the one of Josh on his back playing)

    Sabrina & Sassy
    - I think these two may be ready to try a gruel mixture with KMR and kitten food. I'll probably try this next feeding and see what happens. Mostly I'm expecting a big mess! lol I'm trying to show these two the meaning of a sandbox, but no luck yet. I did manage to get Sabrina to potty over the sandbox so maybe she will smell that in there and go in the litter not on her towles. At least they've been trying to go in a corner away from where they are sleeping, unlike Josh.

OK, now the part you've been asking for....updated pix taken today!

WE CALL HER 'SASSY' FOR A REASON! LOL

AND HER SISTER 'SABRINA' CAN BE QUITE THE LITTLE 'WITCH' LOL

LOOK WHO'S 'BOBBLING' AROUND THE FLOOR NOW!.....And yes, this is AFTER the bath. lol

    THE WHOLE FAMILY!

    I want Josh!!! He's adorable!

Aren't they fun?! I'm having a blast with my three little guys. I sure hope I can find homes for them but it will be so hard to give them up when the time comes.

AWWWWW!!!! They are so cute!!!! I'm so glad that they're doing so well. Josh has become my favorite and if he is a Flamepoint Siamese Mix then he'll look just like my Starr.

Since they still don't know how to use the litterbox, you might want to buy some puppy training pads for them to pee and poop on. Then you don't have to worry about laundry. I use them behind my litterboxes in case one of my cats dribbles over the litterbox and they're great. I also used them to line the cage that I had Ziggy Stardust in after her spay and it worked out great. Good luck and please continue to update us and to include more pictures too.

Here's a few pictures of my Starr when he was a wee one.

    Starr at 3 weeks old.

    Starr at 5 weeks old.

He was still with his foster mom and I took the second picture of him.
