Well guys, here we are, on our 4TH week!!!

Fitness Fridays 3 did well, although I would have liked to have seen MORE activity . . . maybe more responses, more updates . . . doesn't anyone COOK??? Share some recipes!!!

I know it's hard to believe but there are times that *I* need some motivation myself, and when I see this thread falling to page - no one responding for 2 days . . . it's not very motivating to me!!!

So get up off your rumps this week, show me what you've got!!! Make me proud!!!
