favorite betta colors

i don't have a favorite as long as they look healthy i always see these sad looking fish that look like they are about to die and it is really sad. i thought that bettas were a lost hope till i came here and saw all these people with healthy looking bettas.

True yellow, true orange, and true pink, I hate when they look a sickly mauve and they are said to be "orange". I don't care if the pigment is considered orange, I think it looks pukey mauve.
