No that particular dog (the first one) doesn't look purebred anything to me either.

That is definetly not a pure bred weim. The head isn't the right shape. Looks lab-ish to me. Also I though only the color grey was allowed in Weims.

Only grey is allowed, but that does not mean that's not the only variation that pops up
