    3 Dogs Get Summer Haircuts

Decided it was time to give summer haircuts. So I started with Dazzi.

    After

    Jack before

    Jack after

Both Taggert and Jack could use some more "clean up" around feet and faces but neither are crazy about having those areas worked on. And after awhile I began to loose patience. So maybe another day...

Isn't if funny how Taggert changes color?

Jack getting ear scritches from his daddy

    Great Shots

A very nice posts. Who doesn't like before and after pics??? Really makes a difference and REALLY changes their appearances. Jack looks like a perfect little Airedale (I think it is an Airedale that I am thinking of) with his cut. And Taggert really changes too. Folks in the neighborhood will think you went and got "new" dogs!!!

Did you cut them yourself? Nice job!

P.S. Snoopy looks cool in that one shot (with his back and back end towards camera. I like his spots and markings. He reminds me of a horse coat somehow!!!

Dan - yes I do them myself - and I know I am no professional but they don't care. Especially Jack. He doesn't like to be brushed and to keep a real airdale cut looking nice you have to keep it brushed out. - so I just cut him down the same length all over.

Snoopy does have nice coloring. If you look close in this picture, you can see Snoopy has biker pants on and his cousin Spot (Cincy's mom's dog, my daughter, Amy) has biker shorts. Too funny!

NO??? Do they "really" have biker shorts on, or do you mean they are just marked that way? It's hard for me to tell cause of the lower resolution.

So who's in this shot? From L-R - Cincy, Snoopy Taggert? & Pippi?. If that is Pippi - then she's bigger than I thought she was (and is she related to Snoppy)? And now, Cincy's Mom is "really" your daughter - Amy??? Oh-Oooooh, I am sooooo confused!!!

I am having a hard time keeping everyone straight here at PT. I guess after I've been around a bit longer, I'll find it easier! And OK, so you are not a professional - looks pretty good to me. You can cut Bob's hair any day!!!!

So THAT's why the temperature dropped 25 degrees in an hour this afternoon!

You sure you didn't *rush* the season just a bit?

But they all do look pretty *SPIFFY*!
They can wear sweaters till summer really gets here!

You did a great job, I'm impressed. I tried to do Bear's myself at one point, but his fur kept clogging the clippers so I gave up.
