If its not too late for another Scottish entry, my Candy as you see has been practising hard for the balance beam event

you will note the 180 degree turn she has introduced

Why, Tom is quite the gymast too in the male balance beam competition

And my sweet blackies are simply stunning competitors in the mixed pairs event, on the very same piece of apparatus

And, now while this may 'look' like yoga to some of you, I can assure you that Candy has been practising ever so hard to purrfect her Pawlates routine..

While Tom, ever the expert sleeper is a surefire contender for the Rude Sleeping Positions event..

    And the Sleeping-Comfortably-in-Odd-Places event..

Max, however has not yet taken to the balance beam too well, instead he favours the fine event that is Window Ledge sitting

and lastly our good friend and neighbour dusty.

While she may not look purrticularly sporty in this shot, let me assure you that she has just shot down the garden like lightning in a luge-fashion type manoeuvre!!

Finally, on a cautionary note to all you competitors. Alcohol and sport DO NOT MIX - plenty of time for parties after the Games

See how badly the bubbly has made Tom feel....?

    'whhheeeeeeeee - I don't feel like myself meowmie....... '

Good luck one and All and Go Go Go Kilbarchan Cats - Scotland the Brave!

Extra points to the Killearn girlies for their well co-ordinated cat-oflage! (although not that I'm biased because they are on the same team or anything...!)

Great to see that the bravest in battle against the elements event will finally take place. Peppito has insisted to participate, as he is now fully prepared:

    Sorry we're late guys!

    Tux and Pesca come running into the canadian cathlete suites in the olympic village;

Tux: "Hi Found cats, Felix! We missed our flight and couldn't get another one until early this morning; it seems everyone was headed to Torino!
I just made it in time to compete, Pesca is here with me for moral support.

Now on to the hiding competition. . . .

For the Kill-The-Bird competition, Juni was the star

I don't know if stepper training counts for these Cat-Olympic Games

I should say competition is fierce - so many good c-athletes. I've seen some great Rolling in the Dirt, some amazing Hiding, some very good Walking in the Snow, and I don't even mention the Synchronised Sleeping and Eating.
