Johanna, I'm sorry to hear that Allie is still not eating or drinking on her own.Hopefully she'll start feeling better enough to begin to do this on her own. I feel your pain and frustration because I've been there before with my RB Pepper.

I'm so sorry that I'm only seeing this thread now, Jo.
Big, BIG hugs going out to you. Reading through your thread so reminded me of everything I was going through with Nakita. The force feedings, sub fluids etc.And each day watching for any little hint that she was turing a corner and maybe, just maybe, she would finally eat on her own. It's such an emotionally draining struggle.
Allie, I know your hurting little one, but if you can just try a little to eat and get past this block it will make a world of difference. Just one small step is all that is needed.

I am so sorry. After his biopsy Tigris did drink but he didn't eat in the last week of his life. I still remember Vio to come and say goodbye to him and he was under the bed and couldn't be enticed to come out for his favorite treats.
