At one time, I had two cats with Bud and Tasha and there was nothing I could do to stop them from munching the little "treats" in the litter box. I tried almost every known discipline known to man and dog but it was too great a temptation for them. I ended up having to put the litter box up out of their reach (on top of the hot water tank actually), the cats had no problem getting to it and though the dogs tried now and then, they couldn't reach it.
