If you are scoping out other alternatives, I adore the look of the Angelical Cat cat trees. They make me drool, although postage from Florida really adds up when it coming across the country...

I did get their 3-story cat condo (scalloped design) a while back and my furbabies love it... Lugging it home from UPS was a CHALLENGE!!!! Not sure how much it weighs, but it's more than I can handle gracefully.
