I had mcdonalds french fries. I am a vegetarian, so no meat for me And in a little while I might have a brownie, YUM!

not quite dinner time here yet. It's only 2:06 pm on friday afternoon. I'll probably end up having a grilled cheese sandwich and curly fries while I'm at work

I went out to dinner with a few friends, where we went was realy uhhhh snobby and flash, but nice. I ended up having chicken parma, salad and chips. Then one friend said she wanted cake and started a trend, so we all had cake. I had chocolate mud cake Yum .

I will probably have Maccas or something quick tonight .

Just polished of a huge plate of stir fried mixed vegetables with sesame seeds and just a dash of Soy sauce. I'm so stuffed I can't eat another thing - but in half an hour or so I'll be having a cup of tea!

Oh my, good timing. Last night I had Dungeness crab marinated in my mom's special marinade. We cracked it over a BIG salad with hard-boiled eggs and added a dab of ketchup and mayo to the italian dressing to basically make a crab louie.

I'm hungry again just remembering it! *drool*

Tilapia is a kind of fish.

Last night I had baked chicken topped with a sauce I made from milk, butter, flour, parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, and a bit of onion flake. I had a half-cup of whole-wheat couscous on the side and a salad with oil and vinegar dressing to go with it. And water. I had the leftovers for lunch today, it was yummy.

Tonight I'm having a Boca burger on a whole-wheat bun, another salad, milk, and some left-over apple crisp I made over the weekend. Yum!!

Last night I made a lasanga type casserole (barilla noodles, mozzarella cheese and veggie burger meat) so we had nice easy leftovers tonight. Later, I will have a delicious piece of cheesecake.
