Well, on the PC the color is purple. Wonder why it's yellow on the Mac. Something new to learn here!

By the way, the color darkviolet WAS darkviolet - also on the Mac.

Hi, Randi, deepviolet and darkviolet are just the names used to get those colors. They look sort of purple to me too. They probably look different to everyone.

momoffuzzyfaces! Yes, I'm sure you're right, I just don't understand why this colour is different on the Mac and the PC. Also on the Mac, the names of the colours show on the list, but on the PC, the names AND the colours show on that same list. It's probably something to do with the settings on the Mac. It should be a much more advanced machine. Oh well, we'll sort it out when my husband gets out of bed, (flu) it's his Mac.
