Jen, I'm so glad that Rutherford is continuing to do well and hopefully this will be a one time episode so you won't have to worry about another one. Does he eat only dry food? If so you may want to also start feeding him some wet food so that he'll have more moisture in his diet. Please take care and get well soon Rutherford.
Did your vet tell you what causes mucus blockages? I've never heard of them before and I'd like some more info about it. Thanks.
