Oh, Roscoe, what a charming little fellow you are!!! You sound very much like our Roger as he was quite friendly from the first time we met him, just like you!! We have two Cockatiels at our house, Roger and Milly. And we were lucky enough to have 3 babies this past year, and that was fun too!
