KayAnn, I know how scary it is when one of your parents is in so much pain and can't do the things that he wants to do. It's very hard on your Dad, sometimes very discouraging for him too, his mind says to do it but his body says he can't. I'm kind of in that situation too.
You just be patient with him, when he has a good day, help him to do some of the things that he can do, on a bad day, just tell him it's o.k. just get some rest . He will appreciate that you understand. Find out what interests him and share it with him, whether it be a book, a t.v program or a movie.
Candy ( I like to call her Dixie and she likes that name) has some very good advice for you. She is right, there is a God looking down on you and your family, just say some prayers to him and I'm sure he will understand and hear your prayers and try to give you some comfort.
I know how hard it is for you not to be able to do things with your Dad, but he is still there for you and loves you no matter what.
Have a good day KayAnn, we all love you.
Jackie
