Finally read your Road to the Rainbow Bridge. That was so very nice and certainly comforting for all of us.

I was surprised to know that someone else had experienced the Vaseline incident with a D-O-G. My beloved Rat, a poodle-terrier mix, RB 1995, taught me so much. Like put everything you possibly can out of reach of a mischievous pup. I came home one day to discover Rat had licked a tub of Vaseline perfectly CLEAN!! I couldn't believe my eyes or my nose. ECCHHH! Who woulda thunk that petroleum products would prove so interesting to a pooch?
