I think thats a great idea!! If you live close to the breeders ask if you can spend some time with her dogs and it will help you decide what breed you really want. Also since the Aussie was what you wanted for so long I'd really think about it because if you choose the other even though you love the dog you may regret it since thats the breed you've always wanted.
