We open the doors and windows too when it gets warm. The other day Tubby was asleep in the bedroom which is about as far away from the back door as you can get (without going in the basement). I opened the back door and about 5 seconds later he was there. How did he know I opened it, and how did he get there so fast? I guess he can still move pretty good for an old guy - when he wants to that is.
