We have all the hardware for the pully system, it's just so unfair for my widdle princess to have to be tied up in her own yard!

But her saftey is my main concern.
I think I may add chicken wire to the top of the fence. I just wish my STUPID neighbors would do something to keep their dogs OFF OF MY FENCE!!!!!!
