OMG...the sheriff, are you serious?! What a horrible neighbor (like I didn't know that before). She is really a pain in the ass hu?!
Geesh, if I called the sheriff every time our neighbors GSD has ran through their invisible fence, they would be out here all the time (hey that is an idea now isn't it?!)
