Did you grow up with pets?

While growing up, we always had pets. At first, we had a cat, can't remember much of it because I was so young. After that, we had only dogs. In my childhood, we had 4 dogs, the last one died in 1996 (see pic), and he was completely my dog, I took care of him. When I moved out from my parents place, I didn't take pets, as I first wanted to live a bit on my own...then I ended up moving here in Belgium, and now we have 2 cats
