We have one about 5 minutes drive from us , Montys do it yourself dog wash and it is great. They only charge us about $8 for a hydrobath and they supply towels. The people are also Border Collie people so we get it a bit cheaper than others .

They also offer a grooming service and the prices are reasonable aswell, about $30 - 50 depending on the size of the dog.
