Well it is all in what you're used to. To you, 20 probably feels as cold to you as 0 does to me! It's been so cold lately that if it warmed to 20 or 30 it'd feel a lot warmer to me now. But in the fall when it first starts dropping to the 20s at night, it feels COLD!
