Well, update on my lovely shiny bouncy hair... after today's shower, I did the same thing as the past two days. My hair looks like a burnt-out fried mess. Worse than I have seen it in a loooooong time.

Oh well, so much for expensive shampoo making my hair look great. To be honest, the best shampoo I have ever used was the cheap White Rain stuff. Then every so often I do a really deep conditining treatment and life is good for my hair. I usually will switch shampoos after each bottle for the same reasons Tonya and Nomilyn listed... its never occured to me t try to do that daily!
