Morning!
Yes, I did put the newspaper in a plastic bag, but not the cardboard.....The "shelter" is facing away from the wind.
We are surrounded by woods and I am already feeding every creature that was on the ARK.. so I am a little leary about putting cat food out in the open.
Maybe I will take y ou suggestion and place some catnip near the shelter.
